Terms and Conditions

  • One "Smile" point is earned for every 20 KWD on the invoice.

  • A discount of 1 KWD is applied to the invoice for each "Smile" point redeemed.

  • All outstanding payments from previous visits must be settled before redeeming any earned points.

  • Points cannot be earned or redeemed on invoices covered by health insurance.

  • Points cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any other offer.

  • The minimum number of points that can be redeemed in a single invoice is 10, and the maximum is 25.

  • Loyalty points do not have an expiration date and may be redeemed at any time in accordance with the applicable terms.

  • Jibla Dental Center reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Smile Society Program, its terms, or earning/redemption mechanisms at any time without prior notice.

  • Smile points are not redeemable for cash, and no cash alternatives will be offered.

  • Redeemed Smiles points cannot be refunded.

  • The management reserves the right to cancel or revoke points earned through misuse, abuse, or fraudulent activity.

  • These terms apply across all branches of Jibla Dental Center unless stated otherwise.

  • Participation in the program is considered implicit acceptance of all the above terms and any future official updates
