About the Role
We are seeking a warm, organized, and customer-focused Customer Service Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our patients and visitors. As a key representative of our front desk team, you will ensure every guest feels welcomed and supported from the moment they arrive. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping others, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can handle multiple tasks with professionalism and grace.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Respond to phone calls, messages, emails, and WhatsApp messages promptly and courteously.
- Book, confirm, and manage patient appointments accurately.
- Provide visitors with clear information about services, offers, and doctor appointments.
- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
- Handle patient inquiries and comments with courtesy and care.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
- Update patient data and appointment notes on the electronic system.
- Perform administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role (preferably in a healthcare or clinic setting)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic
- Proficient in using computers, scheduling software, and basic office tools
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- Friendly, patient-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic
